Independent, mostly single women, typically 55 and older, navigating a major life transition—such as retirement, downsizing, relocation, divorce, or loss—and who desire a temporary, trusted, steady partner who can walk alongside them through this season with integrity, compassion, care, empathy, and respect.
Adult children or family members who have been solely entrusted with supporting a senior loved one through or after a major life transition. And, who are in need of non-medical, temporary, reliable, hands-on transitional support for themselves.

Menu one is devoted to downsizing, organization, and relocation. We are your Senior Move Managers! When you are ready for a change to your space, we are ready to help you navigate the transitions with a gentle touch, a listening ear, and abundant care. We support you with aging-in-place home assessments, organization, downsizing, relocation, and major life transitions with compassionate expertise. Services include transitional coaching, home assessments, project management, sorting and packing assistance, move‑day oversight, and unpacking and settling into your new home. Our goal is to ease stress and overwhelm and ensure your new chapter begins with peace, comfort, and order.

Services include “firsts at any age–bucketlist adventures,” tailored travel and retreat planning, local hobby excursions, hosted retreats (rest and restore, grief and healing, exploration), and workshops on topics such as Living Lists, Joy-growing Blueprint, and Forgiveness. SERVICE MENU 5 WE'RE GIVING BACK PAY-IT-FORWARD
Menu 5 embodies Sweet Tea Summits’ heart for service by offering a pay‑what‑you‑can option for those who need help but may not be able to fit concierge help into their budgets. Through pop‑up concierge days, we provide light organizing, seasonal clothing swaps, holiday help, basic tech support, and simple home maintenance for seniors in underserved communities. We will soon be offering intergenerational connection workshops. We call these “Teach Me Something” mentoring sessions, where older adults and younger volunteers exchange skills and stories, fostering mutual respect and preserving wisdom—all at a flexible price so no one is left out. She is a big picture thinker who knows how to get things done while never losing sight of what matters most, the heart of those she serves.
