Transitional Coaching – Guidance to clarify your “what’s next” and create a personalized move or reset plan. Change, transition, and moving can bring with them elements of worry, doubt, confusion, loss, and even grief, as much as they bring about excitement, transformation, and opportunities to experience new horizons. A transitional coach can support you in gaining more clarity and peace through your transition.
Home Assessments – In-home evaluations to help ensure that moving forward, your spaces are supportive of your growing older in your home.
Move Management – We learn your goals, create a plan, and then implement and oversee it! Coordinating timelines, vendors, floor planning, packing and unpacking support, and move day oversight allows you to feel less stress and overwhelm so you can focus on how you want to write your next chapter. Sorting & Organization – Whether you are transforming your current home or moving to a new place, we offer gentle and understanding help in reducing your belongings– deciding what to keep, gift, sell, or re-home—without overwhelm or pressure. We take the weight of arranging auctions, estate sales, buy-outs, consignment, donation, or a combination of these options to care for your belongings.
Packing & Move-Out Prep – Organized packing, inventory, and labeling to ensure your move-in is more comfortable.
Move-In Services – Unpacking, setup, and light styling to make your new space feel like home from day one. We can even take care of the first grocery run for you and help you get plugged into your new community!

Ethical Wills: An Ethical Will is a deeply personal, non-contractual document that passes down, not your possessions, but your principles—your beliefs, values, life lessons, and heartfelt hopes for those you love most. First, we talk about your goals and hopes. Then we schedule your interviews. Once we have all the information you want communicated, we craft a first draft of your heartfelt legacy letters and ethical wills to share with future generations.
Legacy Letters: A Legacy Letter is a written love note, generally delivered in the future at specified times to your loved one–a way to express gratitude, share memories, or leave words of blessing that your family can cherish for generations. We conduct interviews and craft heartfelt letters or ethical wills that share core values, life lessons, and blessings for future generations.
Private Family Episodic Interviews & Podcast: This is a fantastic way to connect with your family in a unique and fun way! We record family histories or personal memoirs in audio/video form to produce private podcasts that capture stories, how-tos, wisdom, beliefs, and laughter that can be shared across generations.
Video Biographies & Heirloom Photo Books: We turn your filmed podcast interviews, family photos, and memorabilia into polished video biographies or premium heirloom coffee table albums, preserving the client’s journey in a beautiful format.
Legacy Events: Imagine a gathering of your family for an intimate, guided storytelling event where stories are recorded and transcribed, preserving priceless conversations for generations to come. We curate these for you!

Organize & Simplify Spaces: Transform your space a little at a time! Declutter and arrange closets, kitchens, garages, and storage units so you can find things more easily and feel more spatial peace home.
Basic home maintenance: We can change your air filters, light bulbs, leaky toilets, and make changes to light switches and more. Avoid wobbly ladders; call us instead!
Basic Tech Assistance: Smart things making you feel, well, a little less smart? We hear you! We are not gurus by any means, but we can definitely find our way around tech well enough to help you out! Learn how to use smartphones, tablets, email, texting, video calls, or even your in‑car technology, ensuring you can stay connected and confident.
Personal Errands & Special Touches: Do you love shopping? If not, why not let us take care of searching for the perfect birthday and holiday gifts (and the deals). We can also pick up home décor items and run local errands, freeing your time for meaningful activities. We can even help with wrapping your gifts and managing your holiday decorations!
Professional Family Member: For many single women, family is not close by to race to them in emergent or serious situations. For others, they simply don’t want to burden their busy family members. Emergencies, especially those concerning your health, can be scary when faced alone. Though we cannot speak on your behalf or offer medical or financial advice, we can be your eyes and ears for you and your family. We have extensive experience in navigating “the scary! ” We will hold your hand until your family can arrive. We show up for critical medical appointments, 24-hour emergency visits, hospital check-ins, home well-visits, and flower deliveries—providing peace of mind when family is far away.

Firsts at Any Age: We help you to define, plan, and realize your “bucket list” items! You are never too old to chase an old dream or discover a new one. Imagine experiences like kayaking, sky-diving, painting classes, zip‑lining, cooking lessons, traveling by train across Europe, singing in public, eating out alone, or stargazing on a mountain summit—You dream it, we help you figure out how to realize it. But what good is a first if no one is there to celebrate it with you! That’s why–should choose, and when appropriate–we will come out and photograph or document your inspiring new adventure.
Curated Travel & Retreats: We will take care of the tedious research, planning, and booking for your custom trips (birthdays, seasonal escapes, or multigenerational adventures). We will also help you locate, vet, and book wellness retreats focused on rest, grief healing, or exploration. (Soon, we will be hosting mini-healing retreats)
Local Dream Days: There is so much to do in our own backyards, but most of us never tap into any of it! That’s why we offer a local dream day for you alone, or for you and your chosen companions. Not everyone wants to hop on the senior bus to see the sights a stranger curated for a group! Our dream days are curated based on who you are and what you want to experience! Whether a mini weekend excursion or “dream day” close to home—such as museum tours, garden visits, volunteering days, or attending a live concert–we coordinate the arrangements, transportation, and reservations. All you have to do is show up and have fun!
Mini Workshops: You host, we teach! Create Living Lists workshops (crafting personal joy lists and plans to realize them); Learn How to Forgive and Heal for Real; Create a custom-designed ecosystem for your joy; Simple Car Care and Maintenance–how to not get ripped off!

Give Back Menu
Pay‑What‑You‑Can & Bridge the Generations
Pop‑Up Concierge Days: Three days per month, we offer pay‑what‑you‑can pop-up concierge events. We bring volunteers with us to provide light organizing, seasonal clothing swaps, holiday decorating or gift wrapping, basic tech help, or minor home maintenance. We don’t ask for a fee for these services but instead allow our clients to pay whatever they can, be it a meal, a helping hand, a trinket, a warm smile, or absolutely nothing at all! Our objective is to bear with one another, not to steal another’s dignity by reminding them that they are in need! Most people appreciate receiving help, but can’t bear feeling like a charity recipient.
Intergenerational Mentoring (“Teach Me Something”): We organize events where seniors and older teens and younger adults can learn from one another by exchanging skills and wisdom.
Community Support Projects: Encourage seniors to lead or participate in community projects (baking for a local shelter, knitting for newborns, assembling care packages), turning service into shared purpose and social engagement.
Resource Connections: Link participants to low‑cost or free resources (financial counseling, health clinics, meditation classes), ensuring that even those with limited means benefit from Sweet Tea Summits’ network.
